*Note: To cater
for a a variety of abilities and goals we now have four groupings
for senior runners on these nights:
ATHLETES. Athletes
are racers who go out for 8 - 9 miles.
BOUNDERS. Bounders
bound for 6 - 8 miles at 8 - 9 minute pace.
COASTERS. Coasters
coast 5 - 6 miles at 9 minute pace
BEGINNERS. A starter
group for real joggers which jogs as slowly as the group wishes. |
**Note: Excessive
training on hard surfaces is detremental to the long term health of young people.
Therefore we restrict "on road" and "distance" training for U13's to two sessions
per month on Mondays.
